Ingredients
- 5 medium yellow potatoes
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/3 C chopped pickle
- Mayo
- worcestershire sauce
- eggs
- pepper
Directions
Step 1
Prepare hard boiled eggs ahead of time, and chop before adding
Step 2
Clean and chop potatoes, then add to boiling water with salt
Step 3
Drain cooked potatoes, then gently combine with the onions, pickle, eggs, mayo, worcestershire, and pepper
